JROTC Programs
Junior ROTC programs are available for 9-12 graders. Taylorsville High School has an Army JROTC program. Granger High School offers an Air Force JROTC program. Students would need to provide their own transportation to these high schools to participate in these programs.

The military offers one, two, and four year scholarships. These scholarships pay for tuition, books and fees at student's chosen college or university where there is an ROTC program. Applicants are selected based on grades, SAT or ACT scores, and extracurricular activities. They also give the recipients cash for living expenses.
